My Experience & Focus
Buy and Hold
My investing focus is on single-family homes in Georgia, Texas, Arizona, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Florida. I look for properties with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1500+ sqft, and only minor rehab needed. No HOA or Pool. We convert these into co-living properties with the help of Padsplit (core markets preferred).

Subto, Seller finance (aka Seller Carry), hybrids, Morby Method, 90% CLTV loans, we are open to it all.
